Window Cleaning FAQ’s

How do you provide the quotations for window cleaning?

We do not provide the quotation over the phone. We arrange a quick personal visit and we check the windows and access to the property and provide the quote based on that. We discuss any requirements the customer may have. We also discuss the frequency of the window cleaning at this point and provide a quote/price estimate based on that.

What is the regularity of the window cleaning?

We provide a 4, 8 and 12 weekly regular window cleaning service. We discuss the frequency with our customers. We take into consideration the location of the property and advise frequency bases on that. Some properties have a lot of trees around or they can be based by a busy road, so all of that is taken into consideration.

What do you include in the window cleaning price?

We include the cleaning of the glass, sills, frames and doors in the window cleaning price. We clean them at every visit.

Do you just turn up to clean our windows once we hire you?

We send a text message reminder to our customers the day before we carry out the window cleaning. This is done every time before the window cleaning takes place to make our customers aware of the cleaning and also to keep track of our attendance and regularity. We also ask the customer in the text message to unlock the side gate for us on the day of our attendance, so we can clean the windows at the back of the property.

What happens if I forget to unlock my side gate and the window cleaner can not get to the back to clean the back windows?

We will only clean the front of the house windows if the customer forgets to unlock the side gate and we will charge 60% of the original price agreed.

Do you carry out the window cleaning when it rains?

We monitor the weather frequently and when the rain is light or showers are predicted we attempt to clean the windows. If there is heavy rain we do not clean the windows and if the window cleaning was arranged in advance we advise the customer with a new appointment.

What payment do you accept?

We accept CASH and BACS (Bank Transfer) payment.

How do you clean the gutters?

We use a powerful gutter cleaning vacuum machine.

How do you provide the quotations for the gutter cleaning?

Do you repair gutters?

We only provide small gutter repair jobs
